Autumn for me is a time to reflect and release, and I love using the full moon to help me tune into that. It’s time to disconnect and replenish, which has never been more important.

For centuries women have come together under the new and full moons to set intentions and release what’s no longer serving them. This sense of ritual and ceremony is such a powerful tool for living in alignment, and feeling that sense of connection so many of us are craving in our busy lives (atleast I know I definitely do).

This November 8th, join me from 8pm till 9pm for an evening of self care including meditation, gentle movement, journaling and connecting back to our true nature, and letting go of what doesn’t serve us.

How to prepare

Firstly, I cannot wait to connect with you. Before signing onto the session, try to create a comfortable space, dimed lighting, a candle, journal and a cup of your favourite calming tea (if that’s your thing). Also wear something comfortable and loose, the movement is going to be gentle and suitable for all levels, so wear whatever will be warm, cosy and feel good for you.

The session will be held via zoom. Once purchased the zoom link will be sent via email on the day of the event.

    The full moon session was amazing! The perfect combination of stretches, meditation and journaling. It was my first time joining a session of this kind but I immediately felt at ease. Jodie has the most calming presence, and is so good at what she does. I can’t wait to join the next one.

    There are no words to fully describe how I felt after Jodie’s full moon session, but I shall try! After experiencing a low period of self-doubt and negative thinking, the mixture of movement, meditation and journaling that the evening offered was just so wonderful and freeing. The session held space for me to not only think about why I was having feelings of self-doubt, but to also identify the action I can take to help rid myself of these limiting beliefs. The journal prompts were especially helpful, and Jodie guided us through the session with such a compassionate and calming presence. I took so much away from the session and I would recommend Jodie’s workshops to anyone who’s looking for a little reset.
