Spent a lot of time at home, but also started my in person Yoga classes, finally put some prints up in my office, bought myself some tulips to trick my brain into thinking it's nearly spring, and I did a hobby craft haul to follow through with my intentions of finding more mindful things to do in my free time ✨

1. Add rest reminders to your work calendar/ to-do list. 

2. Make elements of your routine feel like a ritual instead e.g. lighting a nice candle or listening to music while you do your evenings skincare routine 

3. Lean into rest. We’re still in the thick of winter, so lead into the cosiness instead of resisting it. 

It’s so easy to focus on the big things this time of year, but actually, it’s the small changes and simple ways we can be kinder to ourselves that often have the biggest impacts 🤍
