Every year I say it, but how has Christmas rolled around again? I have to say, I’m bloomin’ excited, and really wanted to bring together the best gifts for your wellness loving pal, or family member. I’ve included a mix of beautiful small businesses, some larger retailers and a mix of price points from £5 to £250. I basically wanted to make this post one stop shop for Wellbeing Christmas gifts!
Wellbeing gifts under £10
If you’re on a smaller budget, or looking for Secret Santa, you can still get some cracking gifts for anyone into wellness for under the £10 mark. I’ve included some of my favourite books for under £10 here (you can’t go wrong with a good book in my eyes). There’s also some gorgeous gift sets available for £10, this one from This Works is a bargain. I’m yet to find anyone who doesn’t like the deep sleep pillow spray.
For the person you know isn’t too keen on reading, I’ve seen some travel cups for less than £10 that would work well paired with some herbal teas. If you’re buying for someone into Yoga, the Yogi tea’s are delicious and a real treat.
Another gift idea, a bit of a DIY but a thoughtful touch. Buy a photo frame and print a quote or find a postcard with a quote. I recently discovered abbieimagine prints who has some really gorgeous inspirational quotes and designs for less than £10.
Wellbeing gifts less than £30
There’s some really amazing gifts you can get under the £30 mark. Especially when it comes to wellbeing gifts.
One thing you can’t go wrong with for anyone that loves wellbeing is a journal. I absolutely adore Papier for journals and diaries. They have a HUGE selection of designs for less than £30, plus you can customise a lot of them (and, sneaky plug, but if you buy a blank journal you could always print off some journal prompts, or my journaling beginners guide post and include it in there). I always find it’s the simple things like adding something extra with a gift that make it feel extra special. I have a referral code for Papier which gets you £10 off your first order.
This notebook is also gorgeous, and a bonus that it comes from a lovely small business! Another small business I love for stationary is Sighh Studio. I’ve been using their stationary for over a year and it’s a brand I’ve reordered from multiple times. They have some cracking notepads to help with everyday organisation.
Completely different to stationary, but equally amazing for anyone who loves wellness is the lifearmour gift sets. I particularly love their drops of balance, but I think any one of their sets would make a lovely, thoughtful gift for anyone you know may need a boost. Their supplements are made from 100% natural ingredients that work in harmony with your body to restore vitality.
Lastly, I want to mention Scentered. Another small business but they have some of the most gorgeous aromatherapy Christmas gift sets. I love using their de stress aromatherapy balm as a little wellbeing ritual throughout my day.
High end wellbeing Christmas Gifts
So, these are the super bougie wellness Christmas gifts. If you scroll past this bit, I don’t blame you. I wanted to pop this in here to cater to anyone with a bigger budget who wants to splurge, but is still unsure what to buy.
A wellbeing product that’s got a lot of attention this year is weighted blankets. I have two, and I can vouch that they really do reduce anxiety and aid sleep – it’s pretty incredible how they work. I have the lounger from Remy Sleep. As the name suggests, it’s perfect for lounging and relaxing on the sofa. If I’m ever feeling anxious in the afternoon or evening I’ll reach for this. It feels like a comforting hug! The other I have is from Emma Sleep. This is the one I keep on my bed and use to sleep with. I’ll be doing a full review on weighted blankets soon, but in a nutshell, they really do work.
If your wellness loving friend is also a music or podcast fan, you can’t go wrong with the Bose quietcomfort earbuds. I’m amazed by the sound quality from these and how comfortable they feel. They have both quiet mode and aware mode so perfect for all situations, and the battery lasts for 6 hours out of the case, so can cover pretty much a whole work day.
Last but not least, I think this next one goes without saying if you’ve followed me for a while, but anything from Lumie is a win in my eyes. I don’t know how I’d get through winter without my wake up alarm clock (probably very groggy and grumpy to be honest). It makes the perfect gift for anyone into wellness, or anyone you know has to wake up early or does night shifts for that.
I hope this has given you some Christmas gifting inspiration.
