Summer Goals.

Anyone else nosey and like reading other peoples goals? They always motivate me to think about what I want to get done/ achieve over the next few months, then inspires me to get my shit together and formulate a p.o.a. With the wedding and move over I have a couple of smaller goals that I can actually focus on and put some time into, and I'm blooomin' excited about them.

OUTFIT DEETS: trousers, loafers
Get back into a good fitness routine
This is a big one for me. When I came home from University it took me 6 months to rejoin the gym, I have no idea why but I just didn't get back into exercise and I remember how rubbish I felt. I've managed to improve my fitness quite a lot over the past year, and this very morning I actually went and joined a new gym! It's pretty swanky and I know I'll feel a lil intimidated and out of practise for the first few sessions, but I'm going to stick at it (I hope - pray for me)

Stop feeling awkward when I take outfit photos
It's weird, how can I enjoy uploading my little outfit shots on here and my Instagram yet get all sorts of nerves taking them? Jay has no problem getting the camera out but I'm still a little awkward when it comes to posing - I'm just rubbish! If anyone has any tips then hit me up!

Find a job
Yes, the job hunt continues. I don't want to just jump into a position I won't enjoy so I've held off applying for random jobs pointlessly, I want a job that I can stay in and love. I know that I quite like interacting with other people through work, so possibly something customer facing would work well, it's just finding the perfect role that gets me excited about the thought of doing it - you know?

Get to grips with some DIY/ Interior bits and bobs
A bit of a random one, but there are a couple of things both Jay and I want to give a little revamp in our place. Probably starting with the walls (which are currently a state of wood chip and magnolia, just gross) giving those a coat of paint, then moving onto our dining room table and some chest of draws that just need some TLC. I'm really excited about doing this, literally my instagram feed has gone from weddings to interiors in the space of 2 weeks.

I feel like that's quite a big list of goals there, but the warmer weather this week has given me a boost of positivity and I'm actually so excited for summer! It's definitely been the best year of my life so far, and fingers crossed the second half of this year will be just as fab.
