A few weeks back I popped into the Charlotte Tilbury flagship store in Covent Garden (if you’re a CT fan, you need to get there). I knew exactly what I wanted to try, The K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick in Bitch Perfect and the iconic Lip Cheat in Pillowtalk. After lusting after it online the only thing that was left to do was try this combo myself. I dropped £39 on both (gulp), so I thought I would share my thoughts on the combo, and do a review of the Bitch Perfect lipstick!
When on the quest to try Bitch Perfect I was after an everyday lipstick that was easy to wear and I quickly throw on. As much as I love the collection I have, so many of my lipsticks are bold. I was after something natural looking, wearable and comfortable on the lips.

The Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick in Bitch Perfect
Firstly, let’s address the price. It’s £25 for 3.5g. It’s not an affordable lipstick, however it does feel luxurious and in comparison to other high end brands I’m actually willing to pay it. One thing we can definitely say about Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks before even looking at the lipstick itself is the gorgeous packaging. The makeup us seriously luxe.
The Formula:
Bitch Perfect is part of the K.I.S.S.I.N.G range. The formula of these lipsticks contains hydrating ingredients to nourish the lips, there’s also ingredients to protect against UV damage and fight oxidative stress too. Basically, it’s a good one for those of us with naturally dry lips. Whilst the formula is glossy, the actual colour is opqeue, and I’ve never experienced any bleeding outside of the lipline. One lipstick from the K.I.S.S.I.N.G range is sold every 2 minutes, so I think we’re safe when it comes to formulation being spot on!

The Colour ‘Bitch Perfect’:
The shade Bitch Perfect is a peachy pink/ nude, not quite in the nude category on me as I’m slightly too pale for that, but it makes for a gorgeous everyday, wearable shade. I find this to really flatter my skin tone and lift my complexion which is exactly what I was looking for. I can imagine it being the perfect shade for a bride. It looks so natural yet still manages to bring a look together. It also contains small flexes of shimmer to help make the lips look fuller – which I’m definitely in need of.
As this lipstick is from the K.I.S.S.I.N.G range, it provides more of a dimensional and creamy looking finish on the lips. The formula feels moisturising and comfortable, a huge benefit of the creamy formulation. Considering the finish it provides it lasts a good 5-6 hours before needing a top up.
Overall I’m really impressed with this lipstick. It’s long lasting, has a gorgeous finish and the shade is a wearable peachy, pink nude that I’m here for!
Since first purchasing the Lip Cheat in Pillowtalk way back in 2016, Charlotte Tilbury now has an entire collection dedicated to the ‘Pillowtalk’ look. I have wrote a full review of liner and comparison to the Pillowtalk lipstick here for anyone interested.
